ORDERS / SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
We aim to pack and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. UK delivery usually takes 2–4 working days depending on the service selected. International delivery times vary by destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to selected international locations. Duties, taxes and import fees may apply outside the UK and are the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

RETURNS / REFUNDS
Can I return my order?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached.
Do you cover return postage?
We do not currently cover return postage. Please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

PRODUCT / CARE
How reflective is SOLIS kit?
Our pieces use reflective detailing designed to catch direct light in low-light conditions. Reflectivity is most visible when hit by headlights, flash or other direct light sources.
How should I wash reflective clothing?
Wash inside out on a cool cycle. Do not tumble dry. Avoid ironing directly over reflective details. This helps preserve both the fabric and the reflective elements.
How do I choose my size?
Check the size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes or unsure, email us before ordering and we can help advise based on your fit preference.
