When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday 9AM to 3PM GMT. This excludes weekends and UK Bank Holidays. Our team will process your order within 48 hours, we will then hand it over to our nominated carriers.
Orders placed after 3PM Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next working day.
Any courier delays are beyond our control here at SOLIS and busy periods may affect arrival times.
How can I track the status of my order?
We track every order and will send you the tracking number of your order once it has been processed.
If you have an issue with your tracking, please email us at orders@solisrunning.com and we will be happy to help.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately we start processing your order as soon as it’s placed, therefore we are unable to change or cancel orders once they are made.
If you no longer require your order, please submit a return request following our returns policy.
How do I make a return?
To request a return please visit our returns policy page. You will need your email and order number to process this request.
