3. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizing and pricing are accurate.
However, product colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting and image display. Fit and sizing information is provided as a guide, and minor variations may occur between products.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, update product information, change pricing, or discontinue products at any time.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and charged in addition to the product price unless otherwise stated.
For orders outside the UK, prices do not include import duties, customs fees, local taxes or handling charges. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment is not successfully received.
5. Shipping
UK orders are usually shipped via Royal Mail.
International orders may be shipped via Royal Mail, DHL or another suitable courier depending on destination and service availability.
Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, courier disruption, strikes, weather, incorrect delivery information or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply.

6. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, unused and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are usually returned to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@solisrunning.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund or suitable resolution.
8. Limitation of Liability
SOLIS Running is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss resulting from the use of our website, products or services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to your order will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights you may have under UK consumer law.
