Use this guide to find your SOLIS size across tops, shorts, sports bras and caps. Our running pieces are designed for movement, comfort and low-light performance.

Menswear

Men’s sizing

Use your normal running size for a clean training fit. If you prefer more room or sit between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Cap sizing

The Reflect #001 Cap is adjustable and available in two sizes. Choose the smaller size for a closer fit and the larger size for more room.

Measure around the widest part of your head, sitting roughly where the cap band would naturally rest.

Measuring guide

How to measure

Use a soft tape measure and keep it close to the body without pulling tight. If you sit between sizes, choose based on how you prefer your running kit to fit.

Chest / bust

Measure around the fullest part of your chest or bust, keeping the tape level across your back.

Waist

Measure around your natural waist, usually the narrowest point of your torso.

Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, keeping the tape straight and level.

Head

Measure around the widest part of your head where a cap would sit naturally.

Fit notes

Between sizes?

Size up for a more relaxed fit, more room through the thigh, or a less compressive feel. Stay true to size for a cleaner technical running fit.
