Returns & Refunds

At SOLIS, we want you to love your gear. But if something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returning items simple and straightforward.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To start a return, email us at orders@solisrunning.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping

Return postage is not covered by SOLIS so you’ll need to arrange and pay for a tracked return yourself.

Please keep your tracking receipt, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
